Brand identity
The logo, the palette, the typefaces and how they are used – built once, properly, so everything after it is a decision already made.
- Logo and lockups
- Colour and type system
- Usage rules
Brand identity, the rules that keep it consistent, and the places it shows up - social, events and the web. A secondary service, offered because clients kept asking.
This is not our main business, and we will say so. Royal Vision is a business services firm. Brand management exists here because clients who had just formed a company kept asking who could handle their identity and their presence, and we would rather do it properly than pass them to someone we do not know.
What follows is what we actually do well. If you need something outside it, we will tell you rather than learn on your budget.
What it covers
The logo, the palette, the typefaces and how they are used – built once, properly, so everything after it is a decision already made.
A short document your suppliers can follow. The point of a brand is that it survives being handed to other people.
Arabic and English content, planned and scheduled rather than posted when someone remembers.
Coverage for launches and exhibitions, and a business website built to load fast and be found.
Why consistency is the whole job
A brand is not a logo. It is the same logo, used the same way, everywhere.
Most companies do not have a brand problem so much as a consistency problem. The logo exists in four slightly different versions, two of them stretched. The colour on the signage does not match the colour on the website. Every supplier has been sent a different file, because nobody wrote down which one was correct.
None of that is a design failure. It is a management failure, and it is what the word management in brand management is doing. The deliverable is not only the identity – it is the rules, the correct files, and someone keeping both current.
How it works
Identity and guidelines are a project: a defined scope, a delivery, and files that are yours. Social presence is a retainer, because consistency is the entire point – a burst of activity followed by three quiet months reads worse than never having started.
We would rather run a modest retainer that actually holds than an ambitious one that lapses. If a smaller scope is the one you will sustain, that is the one to buy.
A short brief
What the business does, who it is talking to, and in which language it needs to land.
Identity, if you need one
Built against that brief rather than against a trend, and delivered with the rules that keep it intact.
A content plan
Agreed in advance, so you know what is going out rather than approving posts one at a time.
Production
Copy and design produced in Arabic and English, not translated from one into the other as an afterthought.
Scheduling and review
Published on a schedule, with a periodic look at what is actually being read.
What we will not do
CRM system
Client decision, 21 Aug 2026: CRM sits inside this service rather than on a page of its own, because it is the same conversation – what the business looks like from the outside, and what it looks like from the inside.
A new company usually runs on a phone, a notebook and one person’s memory. That works until it does not, and the point it stops working is rarely convenient – it is the month you win three clients at once, or the week the person holding it all is travelling.
We set clients up on a CRM from the day the licence is issued, so the record starts full rather than being reconstructed a year later from WhatsApp threads. The aim is simple: you should be able to answer who are our customers, what did we promise them, and what happens next without asking anyone.
From day one
Set it up while the company is small and it costs you an afternoon. Set it up after two years of trading and you are paying somebody to read old messages and guess.
Understand how you actually sell
Before any software. A CRM that models a business you do not run is a database nobody opens.
Choose the platform
On your size, your budget and what you already use. We are not tied to a vendor, and the smallest option that fits is usually the right one.
Set it up and bring your data across
Existing contacts, deals and documents in – so the first day is useful rather than empty.
Train the people who will use it
Short, practical, in Arabic or English. Adoption is where CRM projects fail, and it is a training problem far more often than a software one.
Stay reachable
Questions after go-live go to the same consultant as the rest of your file.
We will also tell you when you do not need one. A two-person consultancy with six clients does not need a pipeline – it needs a good spreadsheet and a calendar, and we would rather say that than sell you a licence you will not open.
Questions
No, but most are. If you came to us for a licence and want the brand handled too, it is the same point of contact.
Yes. Content is produced in both Arabic and English rather than translated as an afterthought, which reads very differently to a Gulf audience.
Possibly only the guidelines. If the identity works and the problem is that it is applied inconsistently, that is a much smaller and cheaper piece of work, and we will say so rather than sell you a rebrand.
The identity, yes. Anything that has to carry the trade name should wait until the name is reserved and approved, because a rejected name means new artwork. How name approval works.
Talk to a consultant
A short WhatsApp conversation is usually enough to scope a file. No forms, no call centre — you reach a consultant who handles the work.
