Royal Vision assigns one consultant to a file and keeps them on it. You will not be moved between departments, and you will not explain your case twice.

How files are staffed
One consultant, and what sits behind them.
The names and photographs on this page are pending. How the work is allocated is not, and it is the part that affects you.
A file is assigned to one consultant at the first conversation, and it stays with them. They scope it, they quote it, they file it, and they are who you message afterwards. There is no account manager layer between you and the person doing the work, which is deliberate – in this business the person at the counter knows things the person in the meeting does not.
What that means day to day
- You have one number to message, and the person answering knows your file without looking it up
- Nothing is re-explained when a new stage begins, because it is the same person
- When something is rejected, the person who filed it is the person who diagnoses it
- When your renewal dates come round, they are held by someone who knows what else depends on them
Behind the consultant sits the counter work itself – Municipality, SIRA, MOFA – handled by people who file there weekly rather than occasionally, which is what actually shortens a transaction. Why repetition beats access.
Languages
Arabic and English, as you prefer.
Files are run in Arabic or English, whichever you are more comfortable in, and correspondence follows the language you choose rather than the language we prefer. Government submissions are in the language the authority requires, and where a document needs legal translation we arrange it through an authorised translator. On translation.
