Your Dubai company, set up properly.

Royal Vision handles the licence, the residency visas, the bank account and the government paperwork — as one file, with one consultant, on an itemised quote you approve before anything begins.

  • Trade licence in about six working days with a complete file
  • Government fees and our fee itemised separately, in writing
  • Renewal dates held for you, so a fine never arrives by surprise

What we do

Four pillars, sixteen services, one point of contact.

Most firms sell the licence and disappear. A company that actually trades needs residency, a bank account and someone keeping the paperwork current — so we do all four, and nothing falls between two suppliers.

01

Company Formation

Mainland, free zone or offshore — chosen on what you intend to trade, not on which licence pays the highest commission.

  • DET mainland licence
  • Free zone packages
  • Offshore structuring
  • Shareholding & MOA

02

PRO Services

Municipality approvals, SIRA, MOHRE, attestation, trademarks and renewals — on retainer or per transaction, with a named officer who queues so that you do not have to.

  • Municipality approvals
  • SIRA compliance
  • MOFA attestation
  • Licence renewal

03

Visas & Residency

Entry permit, medical, Emirates ID and stamping — for you, your partners, your staff and your family.

  • Golden Visa assessment
  • Investor / partner visa
  • Employment visas
  • Family sponsorship

04

Corporate Support

The bank account, the Ejari and the tax registrations — the reason most new companies stall in month two.

  • Business bank account
  • Ejari & office solutions
  • Corporate tax registration
  • VAT registration

Choose your route

Mainland, free zone or offshore?

Three structures for three different businesses. Pick the one you think you need and read what it actually means — or tell us what you sell and we will pick it with you.

Dubai Economy & Tourism

A mainland licence, for selling into the UAE

The right structure if your customers are inside the UAE: retail, trading, contracting, restaurants, and professional services billing local clients. 100% foreign ownership applies to most activities, and you can bid for government work.

You get

  • Trade anywhere in the UAE, no distributor needed
  • Eligible for government tenders
  • Visa allocation tied to your office space
  • Any number of activities on one licence, within the DET groupings

You will need

  • Ejari-registered premises or a serviced office
  • Initial approval and a reserved trade name
  • Signed MOA, notarised
  • External approval for some regulated activities

How it works

From first call to trading company.

Three Royal Vision consultants in discussion at their Deira office.
01

Day 0 · free

The consultation

Twenty minutes on what you intend to trade, where your customers are, and who needs residency. You leave with a route, an authority and a realistic timeline — whether or not you engage us.

02

Day 1

Quote and document checklist

An itemised quote separating government fees from ours, and a single checklist of what we need from you. Nothing is filed until you approve it in writing.

03

Days 2–6

Filing and licence

Trade name reservation, initial approval, notarised MOA and the licence itself. We queue at the authority and message you at each stage — the silence is where other firms lose people.

04

Week 2 onward

Visas, bank account, and after

Establishment card, entry permits, medical, Emirates ID, then the corporate account. Afterwards we hold your renewal dates, so the first you hear of a deadline is us, not a fine.

Clients

What it is like on the other side of the file.

They talked me out of the licence I asked for and into a cheaper one that actually fitted what I sell. That call told me everything about how they work.

Licence, establishment card, three visas and the bank account. I signed things and answered a few questions. That was the whole of my involvement.
S. Kaur

Three years on they still message me before the renewal window opens. I have never once had to remember a date myself.

Questions

Asked before every engagement.

About six working days from a complete file — name reservation approved, initial approval issued, shareholder passports, tenancy or flexi-desk contract and a signed MOA. Where an activity needs external approval, add the time that authority takes.

Not for most of the formation — scanned documents and a power of attorney cover it. You will need to attend for the residency medical and Emirates ID biometrics, and most banks require the signatory in person.

On most commercial and professional activities, yes. A defined list of strategic-impact activities still carries an Emirati ownership or agency requirement. We check your specific activity code against the current DET list before quoting.

It depends on authority, activity, visa count and whether you take a flexi-desk or a physical office — which is why a single headline price is usually a marketing number. You get an itemised quote separating government fees from our fee, and that quote is what you pay.

Yes. We prepare the compliance file, match you to banks that accept your activity and shareholder profile, and attend the appointment. Approval is the bank's decision, but most rejections we see are avoidable file problems — and that part we control.
