Questions

Before you get in touch.

What you want to do and roughly when. That is enough to tell you which structure fits and what it involves. You do not need documents ready.

No. The first conversation is scoping – we tell you what your case needs and what it takes. You get an itemised quote before any work begins.

You can, but message first. If your consultant is at a government counter when you arrive, you will wait.

What happens after you message

So you know what you are starting.

No call centre, no qualification script, and nobody will chase you for a week.

1

You message on WhatsApp

Say what you want to do and roughly when. Two sentences is genuinely enough to start.

2

A consultant replies

A person, not a chatbot, during working hours. If it arrives outside them, you will hear back when we open.

3

A short conversation

Enough to establish the structure, the authority and what the sequence looks like. Often this is all you need to make a decision.

4

A written scope

Government charges and our fee, itemised separately, so you can compare us with anyone else honestly.

5

You decide

Nothing is filed until you approve it. If we are not the right firm for your file, we will say so rather than take it.

What to have ready

Not required to start – useful to have.

None of this is needed for a first message. It is what the conversation will eventually turn on.

  • What you will invoice for. The single most useful sentence you can give us, because the activity governs nearly everything else
  • Where your customers are. UAE, overseas, or both – this decides the jurisdiction more often than anything else
  • How many people need residency. Including you and any family
  • Whether a company will be a shareholder. If so, its documents become the critical path
  • Any existing UAE status. A current or previously uncancelled residency affects what can be applied for
  • Your timing. Including anything fixed, such as a school year or a contract start date

If it is urgent

Some things genuinely are.

An expired licence, a visa in its grace period, an overstay accruing daily, or an employee who needs to start work – these get looked at the day they arrive rather than in turn. Say so in the first message and give us the dates.

Almost all of them are recoverable, and in nearly every case the cost of fixing them grows with time. Sooner is cheaper, and that is not a sales line – it is how the penalties are structured.

Talk to a consultant

Tell us what you need. We will tell you what it takes.

A short WhatsApp conversation is usually enough to scope a file. No forms, no call centre — you reach a consultant who handles the work.
