Enquiries
Most of this website has no contact form. The enquiry card on the home page assembles a WhatsApp message in your own browser, which you read and send yourself – nothing is transmitted to this website and nothing is stored on it.
The application page at /apply/ works differently, and does store what you send. When you submit that form we receive and keep the details you enter – your name, telephone number, email address, what you need help with, and whatever you tell us about your business, your location and your timing – so that we can answer you. We also record which advertisement, campaign or page brought you to the form, so we know which of our marketing is working.
We deliberately do not store your IP address, browser, operating system or screen size alongside an application. You are identifiable to us only by the details you chose to type.
Enquiries also reach us through WhatsApp, telephone and email, and we hold what you send us in order to respond and, if you engage us, to carry out the work.
Applications are kept for a defined period and then deleted (period TBC). To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, contact us using the details on the contact page.
Engagement documents
Carrying out company formation, PRO and residency work requires identity and supporting documents – passports, photographs, certificates and proof of address. These are collected for the specific submissions your file requires.

This site uses Google Analytics via Google Site Kit to understand how pages are used.

Documents are submitted to the UAE government authorities, free zone registrars and banks that your engagement requires. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for marketing.
