One file
Formation, PRO, visas and banking are one sequence, not four suppliers. You will not be handed between firms halfway through.
- One consultant throughout
- One point of contact
- No repeated explanations
Royal Vision Businessmen & Women Services is a Dubai business services firm in Deira, handling company formation, government relations, residency and corporate banking as a single file.
Royal Vision has been working with Dubai’s licensing and immigration authorities since 2016, from an office in Deira. In that time we have handled more than 600 company files for owners of more than 40 nationalities.
The name says businessmen and women services, and that is not decoration. A significant part of what we do is residency and licensing for women setting up businesses in the UAE, which is still under-served by this industry.
How we work
Formation, PRO, visas and banking are one sequence, not four suppliers. You will not be handed between firms halfway through.
Government fees and our fee are separated on every quote, before anything begins. You approve the number before we start.
Licences, Ejari, establishment cards and visas all expire on different dates. We hold them and act before they arrive.
Where we are
Office 105, AlSalemiyah Tower, Riggat Al Buteen, Deira, Dubai. Close to the authorities we file at, which matters more than it sounds – a document that needs resubmitting the same day usually can be.
Questions
Yes. Royal Vision Businessmen & Women Services Co. L.L.C. is licensed in Dubai. Our licence details are available on request and shown on our documentation.
Yes, throughout – with the authorities and with clients. Documents, submissions and correspondence, in Arabic or English as you prefer.
We are not tax advisers, lawyers or auditors, and we will tell you when a question needs one rather than answering it ourselves.
How a file is run
Everyone in this market says they are different. This is what ours means operationally.
One consultant, start to finish
The person who scopes your file is the person who runs it. Nothing is handed to a department, and you never re-explain the case.
A written scope before anything is filed
Government charges listed as the authority charges them, our fee stated separately. You approve it first.
The whole sequence planned at the start
Formation, premises, residency, banking and the renewals calendar – mapped on day one, so nothing is discovered in month three.
Documents checked before submission
Against the current requirement, not last year’s. A rejection is not just a delay; it goes on a record the next application is read against.
Dates held afterwards
Every expiry across the company, acted on before it becomes urgent. This is the least glamorous thing we do and the most valuable.
What we will not do
Every one of those has cost us work at some point. They are still the right answer, because the alternative is a client who finds out later.
Who we work with
What most of them have in common is that they arrived having been quoted a number by someone else and wanting to know what it excluded.
Talk to a consultant
A short WhatsApp conversation is usually enough to scope a file. No forms, no call centre — you reach a consultant who handles the work.
