Services

Sixteen services across six areas - company formation, PRO and government relations, visas and residency, banking, premises, and the brand and CRM work that follows. One file, one consultant.

What we do

Six areas, sixteen services, one point of contact.

Most firms sell one step and hand the file back. Royal Vision runs the whole sequence, so nothing waits in someone else’s queue.

Company Formation

Choosing the right jurisdiction, then registering the company and issuing the trade licence.

PRO Services

Municipality permits, SIRA approvals and MOFA attestation – handled by people who file at those counters weekly.

How to choose

Which pillar do you actually need?

Most enquiries start in one pillar and end up needing two. This is the usual order.

1

Decide the structure

Mainland, free zone or offshore. This decision drives everything after it – where you can trade, who can sponsor visas, and which banks will take you.

2

Register and licence

The company is registered, the memorandum signed, and the trade licence issued by the relevant authority.

3

Residency

The licence makes visas possible. Owners first, then staff and families.

4

Bank and compliance

The corporate account, tax registration, and the renewals calendar that keeps all of it valid.

Questions

Asked before every engagement.

Yes. Plenty of clients arrive with an existing company and need only PRO work or renewals. You are not obliged to take the whole sequence.

Not to start. Some steps – Emirates ID biometrics and the medical, for instance – require you in person, and we schedule those together so one trip covers them.

One consultant, for the whole file. You will not be handed between departments, and you will not explain your case twice.

A typical file

What an engagement actually looks like.

Not every client needs all of this, but this is the shape of a full setup from first conversation to a company that runs.

1

The first conversation

What you intend to sell, to whom, and where. We are listening for the things that decide jurisdiction – local customers, a regulated activity, how many people need residency.

2

A written scope

What we will do, what the government charges, and what we charge, itemised separately. You approve it before anything is filed.

3

Formation

Name reservation, initial approval, the memorandum, and the trade licence. How that runs.

4

Premises and the immigration file

Ejari where the licence requires it, then the establishment card that opens the company’s immigration file.

5

Residency

Owner first, then staff, then family. The sequence.

6

Bank and tax

The corporate account prepared properly, then corporate tax registration and VAT where it applies.

7

The calendar

Every expiry date recorded and acted on before it becomes urgent.

How we quote

Government fees and our fees, kept apart.

There is a reason this page carries no price list.

Government charges vary by authority, activity, licence type and the number of visas involved. A figure published on a website is either an average that will not match your case or a headline that excludes half of what you will actually pay. Neither is useful to you.

What we do instead is quote your case: the authority’s charges listed as the authority charges them, our professional fee stated separately, and anything conditional identified as conditional rather than buried. You will know which line is ours and which line is the government’s, which is the only way to compare us with anyone else honestly.

What that means in practice

  • Nothing is filed before you have approved the scope in writing
  • A cost that appears mid-file is explained before it is incurred, not after
  • Where a cheaper structure would serve you as well, we say so – even when it earns us less
  • If your case does not need us for the whole sequence, we will tell you which parts you can handle yourself

Who we are not for

Said plainly, to save us both the meeting.

  • Anyone shopping purely on headline price. There is always a cheaper quote in this market, and it usually excludes something you will still have to pay for.
  • Anyone wanting a structure that does not match the activity. We will not register a company on a description of the business that is not the business.
  • Anyone who needs a guarantee we cannot give. Bank approvals and Golden Visa outcomes are decided by other people. Anyone promising either is telling you what you want to hear.
  • Anyone looking for an introduction rather than a filing. What shortens a government transaction is a complete file, not a phone call.

Everyone else – founders, established companies moving here, and companies already set up who simply want their renewals held – is exactly who this firm is built for.

Talk to a consultant

Tell us what you need. We will tell you what it takes.

A short WhatsApp conversation is usually enough to scope a file. No forms, no call centre — you reach a consultant who handles the work.
